✲ To Ensure All Guests Enjoy Their Stay
When using this facility:
・ Please refrain from leaving personal belongings to reserve places in the rest area, Great Hall and nap rooms as they may be stolen or inconvenience other guests.
・ Using your mobile phone may inconvenience other guests. We ask that you use your mobile phone in a courteous manner.
In particular, please refrain from using your mobile phone in the nap rooms and rest area.
・ Please refrain from behavior that inconveniences other guests and talking in a loud voice.
・ Please refrain from smoking while you walk. Please smoke in the designated areas.
・ When using the free massage equipment, please refrain from napping in order to let the next guest use the equipment.
・ Do not bring food or drink into the facility.
・ Please refrain from using this facility if you have a tattoo or similar markings on your body.

Please refrain from using the bathing facilities if you:
・ Have a skin disease (when viewing your condition, such as eczema, makes other guests uncomfortable).
・ Are menstruating.

 When using the bathing facilities:
・ Before entering the bathtub, be sure to rinse your body with kaburiyu (clean hot spring water) or under the shower.
・ If you have long hair, tie it up before bathing.
・ Please refrain from washing your body in the bathtub as well as doing laundry or dying your hair in the bathroom.
・ Be sure to brush your teeth or shave at the sink.
・ Please refrain from eating and drinking, smoking or reading in the bathing area.
・ Please refrain from applying oil, medicine, etc. to your body before entering the bath.
・ Please refrain from wearing supporters, bandages, etc. in the bath.
・ Children 10 years or over should bathe in the appropriate gender-segregated bathing area.
・ For your own safety, refrain from entering the bath immediately after eating/drinking or while drunk.
・ You are not permitted to bring mobile phones, cameras, etc. into the bathing area.
・ You may not take home towels or other items provided by the hotel. Please use these items on the premises.
・ Children still in diapers should bathe in the Baby Bath or Parent/Child Bath.

 ✲ Day Guests
① Place your shoes in a shoe locker provided and leave the key at the front desk, where you will be issued with a key to the bath lockers.
② The bar code on the bath locker key is required when dining or using the massage services, vending machines, etc. at this facility.
Your total payment will be calculated at the front desk located on the 1st floor upon your departure. Be careful not to lose the bath locker key as it is used in replacement of cash to make purchases within this facility.
➂ The linen counter is located in front of the entrance to the baths on the 2nd floor.
Guests will be provided with a yukata (cotton bathrobe for wearing within the facility), bath towel and face towel.
④ Lockers are available in the bathing area change rooms. Please use the locker that corresponds to your bath locker key number.
Use the locker to store your clothing and personal belongings while in the bath.

✲ Bathing costumes may only be worn in the “Bade Zone.”
✲ Check in valuables at the front desk or use one of the safety boxes provided in front of the entrance to the baths on the 2nd floor.

2nd Floor: Large Bath, “Bade Zone,” Massage, Beauty Treatment, Scrubbing, Hair Salon
3rd Floor: Free Rest Area, Nap Rooms, TV Room, Healing Room (with free massage equipment)
12th Floor: Panoramic Restaurant, Free Rest Area
B1: Fitness Club, Day-care Center

 ✲ Overnight Guests
① Place your shoes in a shoe locker provided and leave the key at the front desk, where you will be issued with a key to your room.
② The bar code on your room key is required when dining or using the massage services, vending machines, etc. at this facility.
Your total payment will be calculated at the front desk located on the 1st floor upon your departure.
Be careful not to lose your room key as it is used in replacement of cash to make purchases within this facility.
③ After you enter your room, please insert the orange-colored stick attached to your room key into the flashing area near the entrance to your room. When you do so, the lights and TV will turn on.
④ The door to your room locks automatically.
⑤ Rooms are not equipped with a bath. Please use the large bath on the 2nd floor.
(Does not apply to the following room types: DX Twin, Double and Special rooms.)
⑥ When using the large bath, you will be provided with a bath towel and face towel at the linen counter located in front of the entrance to the baths. Also, ask at the linen counter if you wish to use the key-operated lockers available in the bathing area change rooms.
